Mirabilia book design

Mirabilia is both a record and investigation of Jakub Dolejš’ work produced during an artist residency in Paris in 2006. We designed Mirabilia from cover to cover in collaboration with the artist. The layout, type choices and materials were selected to extend the artist’s body of work into his book. This book has received great praise from the publisher, Angell Galley, and from the distributor, Art Metropole. Art Metropole, based in Toronto, distributes select artist’s books and presented Mirabilia at the New York Art Book Fair and at Art Basel Miami Beach.
