Angell Gallery catalogue

We designed this catalogue for artist Jakub Dolejš and Angell Gallery. Dolejš’ photographic tableaux are a fusion of painted backdrops, live models and props. He uses these contrasting elements to construct fictions that comment on the evolution and politics of modernism. Our goal in designing Dolejš’ catalogue was to compliment his work by contrasting modernist elements such as sans serif type and generous white space with baroque scripts and decorative flourishes.
